1. You consent to make your donation voluntarily, with no expectation of goods or services in return, as our organization is a registered nonprofit and operates on a not-for-profit basis.  

2. You acknowledge that you have full control and responsibility over the use of your credit card or payment method for this donation.

3. You agree to contact us first in the event of any issue, dispute, or dissatisfaction with your donation. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns promptly.

4. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or financial disputes with your credit card company, bank, or any other financial institution before contacting us and giving us a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns.

5. In the event that you initiate a chargeback or financial dispute without prior communication with us, you agree that you will be responsible for covering any associated fees or costs incurred by Young Adults With Epilepsy in responding to the chargeback or dispute.
